Who holds your data

Apex is the controller of the personal data described here. Reach us at support@apex.host.

What the waitlist form collects

Your name, email address and phone number, and four answers: roughly what the business turns over, which kinds of tool hold it, and what you lose track of.

If you arrive from a tagged link we also store the campaign tags on that link, the page you landed on, and the site that referred you. If you leave part way through after entering your contact details, those details are kept so we can still reach you.

What the product reads

Once you connect a tool, Apex reads from it to build your brain, the people, companies, meetings, messages, deals and commitments in your business. It reads only the tools you connect and only within the access you grant. Disconnecting a tool stops further reading from it.

Every action Apex carries out in a connected tool is recorded, including failures.

Anonymous usage counting

We count how far people get through the form using a random identifier that lives in your browser tab and is deleted when you close it. It is never linked to your email and it does not follow you between visits or across sites.

Where it is stored

Waitlist answers are stored in Postgres databases hosted by Supabase. The product itself runs on Vercel. Payment details, if you become a customer, are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us.

Who else sees it

The AI assistants you connect see the parts of your brain they ask for, because that is the point of connecting them. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

What you can ask for

A copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. Email support@apex.host and we will action it.

One honest note

This notice describes what the code actually does today and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Jurisdiction-specific obligations, GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, need that review before the product is sold at scale.
