Apex

Terms of service

Last updated 20 September 2026.

Who you are agreeing with

Apex is operated by Apex. Using the site or the product means accepting these terms.

What the service is

Apex reads the tools you connect, builds a private graph of your business from them, and makes that graph readable and actionable by AI assistants you authorise. It acts in your connected tools only when you or an assistant you have connected asks it to.

Your account and your data

You keep ownership of everything Apex reads and everything it creates from it. You can disconnect a tool at any time, which stops further reading from it. You are responsible for having the right to connect the accounts you connect.

Acceptable use

Do not use Apex to break the law, to access data you are not entitled to, or to send anything you would not be allowed to send from the underlying tool yourself. The permissions Apex has are the permissions you granted it.

Availability

This is early software. It is offered as-is, without a guarantee of uptime, and features may change while the first cohort is onboarded.

Ending it

You can stop at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. We may suspend an account that is being used in a way that breaks these terms or endangers other customers.

One honest note

These terms are written in plain language and have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. They describe how the product actually behaves; they are not a substitute for counsel, and they should be reviewed before the product is sold at scale.
